I found the rooftop pool closed to hotel guests early one afternoon. This was due to a private event. The music from this event was loud. It was audible even in my room on the second floor. I struggled to sleep because of that extreme noise.

i had a beautiful sea view room and the views were great. the room was clean and modern with many essentials provided. i liked that the location has easy access to visit many places. it was convenient to use the free bus and train to go around the parks and sites.
the staff was not very friendly at all , especially when i requested an extra hour for check-out and it was denied.

the hotel is located next to beach station , if you want to travel to the city. it is very close to attractions such as luge , hyper drive , and the beach. the hotel also offers easy access to various sites and malls.

My room was quite clean and the bathroom felt spacious. The aromatherapy scent near the entrance was amazing, it elevated the atmosphere immediately.
There were very limited clothes storage options in the room, with only one rail available.

I was impressed with the chromecast feature. It allowed streaming to the smart tv. the location offered quick access to imbiah station. A convenient free shuttle went to vivocity. the swimming pools provided ample space.

The room had a nespresso machine. it also included an iron and ironing board. upon arrival we received a welcome. Its friendly staff were lovely. i appreciated the complimentary snacks from the mini bar too.
The air conditioning was very noisy. it was difficult to adjust. The bathroom had an open sink. i felt this wasn't quite five star level, it would be something for hotel team to improve.
